What to Expect

What to Wear

We’re more interested in getting to know you, so come as you are. However, most people tend to wear business casual.

There are parking areas on both sides of the church. However, you may wish to use the smaller parking lot on the east side of the church if you have young children so you will be closer to the nursery and children’s classrooms. This isn’t a necessity but you may find it more convenient.

Entering the Church Building

You can come in any door you want. The front door next to the road on the north side of the building will take you into the sanctuary. For Sunday School, most folks will probably enter through one of the side doors behind the sanctuary. If you choose this route, you’re sure to meet some of our members hanging out in the hallways. They’ll be happy to meet you and direct you to a Sunday School class.
Generally speaking, the nursery and children’s’ classrooms are located on the east side of the building. Adult and Youth classrooms are on the west side of the building.

Sunday School

Sunday School starts at 10:00 AM. We have classes from nursery all the way through senior adult. Most adult classes begin with 10-15 minutes of opening announcements, fellowship, and prayer requests. Afterward there is a 25-30 minute Bible study.

Morning Worship

Morning worship begins at 11:00 AM with worship through song by singing praises to our God and Savior. The music style is traditional hymns with a mixture of contemporary songs. The service time is usually around 20 minutes of singing followed by a 20-30 minute sermon. Children are invited to join in a Children’s Church service for ages 3-5 immediately following the morning music service. Our youth pastor instructs the children when it’s time to leave and they are escorted out of the sanctuary with the Children’s Church workers where they will participate in a lesson tailored to their age group. Of course, children are always welcome to stay in the sanctuary with their parents if preferred.

Evening Worship

Evening worship begins at 6:30 PM and follows the same format as morning worship with the exception of Children’s church. Children remain with their parents in the sanctuary during evening worship.

Wednesday Night Services

Children and Youth activities begin at 6:00 PM with a meal in the fellowship hall. Classes begin at 6:30 PM. Adults meet in the sanctuary at 7:00 PM for a time of prayer and Bible study.

Nursery services are provided during all services for newborn to 3 year old.
